Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the CreetNet Virtual Service Center by customers and service providers.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access and use the service lawfully. Account activity is attributed to the authenticated account unless promptly reported as unauthorized.
Service requests and provider offers
A service request is an invitation for review and is not a guaranteed match or contract. A binding engagement begins only when customer and provider approve a written scope, price, deadline and applicable payment terms.
Payments
No payment is collected by the current release. Payment processing, protected funds and payouts will be enabled only through an approved processor after separate terms and technical verification are completed. Never send payment credentials through service descriptions or messages.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful or abusive content; bypass access controls; scrape or disrupt the service; impersonate others; or use the platform to exploit or endanger another person.
Intellectual property
CreetNet retains ownership of the platform and its technology. Ownership of customer deliverables must be stated in the approved service agreement. Users must have rights to all information and materials they submit.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided as available. CreetNet does not guarantee that every request will receive a provider match or that every provider will be accepted. To the extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Suspension, termination and disputes
CreetNet may restrict access to protect users, investigate violations or comply with law. Users should contact support promptly about disputes. Governing law and venue will be established in the final jurisdiction-specific legal review.
